We are looking for Engineers who are hands-on, have the ambition to define a tech stack end-to-end as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and feel comfortable building and working in a lean and efficient tech organization.

Responsibilities
- Full-stack ownership for Operations systems, incl. warehouse/ERP system, Commercial applications and integration to various third parties
- Design and define mid- & long-term technical vision and architectural direction to create highly scalable solutions
- Execute as per the tech roadmap in a lean team setup
- Establishing engineering practices and team culture that emphasizes the highest standards in shipping velocity, code quality, and site reliability
- Partner up with the product and design team to influence product strategy; contribute to building and drive the delivery of a product roadmap
